For Apple Pay:
Safari is needed to use Apple Pay. Open Safari on an Apple device, add your items to the cart, and checkout via the Checkout or Cart pages using the “Pay with Apple Pay” button.

For Google Pay:
A Google browser, like Google Chrome or Google’s in-app browser, is needed to use Google Pay. Open Google Chrome on any compatible device, add your items to the cart, and checkout via the Checkout or Cart pages using the “Pay with Google Pay” button.

In most cases, no. The general policy of The Actual Shop is “All sales are final.” In the event that your product is misprinted, bent or dented, or otherwise defective, a replacement product may be provided to you after an investigation. For this reason, please save your packing slip and take photos of the product. Visit the website or use the QR code on your packing slip to report a problem with your order. Each product is made to order in a Williams Ventures Fulfillment facility, usually the one closest to the recipient. After printing, the product is checked for quality, packaged, and shipped out to the consumer. Fulfillment usually takes up to 7 days and another 7-10 days for the customer to receive the product. Customers will place orders via theactualshop.com. Wixel, WGMCorp.’s digital fulfillment connection, will receive the order and review it. If your order total is greater than $500 before taxes and shipping, Placard will review the order for no more than 14 days, ensure that the transaction has cleared fully, and then process your order. For orders over $1,000, we ask that you email us at shop@theactualshop.com with details of your order. We’ll invoice you via Wave, and you will not pay on the website.

The Actual Shop cannot guarantee the arrival date of any orders placed. For a great chance of products arriving by a certain date, you should order as early as you can.
